Please complete the following questions to be in the draw for our Bride/Groom of the month.

Your name and contact details will not be passed on to any third party and will only be used for the purpose of selecting the competition winner.

The draw will take place at the end of the second week of the month and will only include those whose weddings have occurred in the previous three months. Inclusion as bride/groom of the month may be subject to copyright approval from your photographer and the winner will be required to submit up to eight photographic prints of their wedding.
